    on average,your body has about 5 liters of blood continually traveling through it by way of the circulatory system.The heart,the lugs,and the blood 4 vessels work together to form the circle part of the circulatiry system.The system may be seen strictly as a blood distribution network,but some consider the circulatory system as composed of the cardiovascular system,which distributes blood
    the bodys circulatory system really has three distinct parts:pulmonary circulation,conary circulation,and systemic circulation.Or the lungs(pulmonary),the heart (systemic),and the rest of the system (systemic).Each part must be working independently in order for them to all work together.
    Respiratory System:
    The respiratory system is the primary function of the respiratory system is to supply the blood with oxygen in order for the blood to deliver oxygen to all parts of the body.The respiratory system does this through breathing.when we breathe,we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxid.This exchange of gases is the respiratory systems means of getting oxygen to the blood.Respiration is acived through the mouth,nose,trachea,lugs,and diaphragm.Oxygen enters the respiratory system through the mouth and the nose
    The oxygen then passes through the larynx(where speech sounds are produced)and the trachea which is a tube that enters the chest cavity.In the chest cavity,the trachea splits into two smaller tubes called the bronchi.Each bronchus then divides again forming the bronchical tubes.The bronchial tubes lead directly into the lungs where they divide into many smaller tubes which connect to tiny sacs called aveoli.The average adults lungs contain about 600 million of these spongs,air filled sacs that are surronded by capillaries.

  3. The respiratory system (or ventilatory system) is the biological system that introduces respiratory gases to the interior and performs gas exchange. In humans and other mammals, the anatomical features of the respiratory system include airways, lungs, and the respiratory muscles. Molecules of oxygen and carbon dioxide are passively exchanged, by diffusion, between the gaseous external environment and the blood. This exchange process occurs in the alveolar region of the lungs.[1] Other animals, such as insects, have respiratory systems with very simple anatomical features, and in amphibians even the skin plays a vital role in gas exchange. Plants also have respiratory systems but the directionality of gas exchange can be opposite to that in animals. The respiratory system in plants also includes anatomical features such as holes on the undersides of leaves known as stomata.[2]

  4. History of electromagnetic spectrum discovery

    For most of history, light was the only known part of the electromagnetic spectrum. The ancient Greeks recognized that light traveled in straight lines and studied some of its properties, including reflection and refraction. Over the years the study of light continued and during the 16th and 17th centuries there were conflicting theories which regarded light as either a wave or a particle.
    The first discovery of electromagnetic waves other than light came in 1800, when William Herschel discovered infrared light. He was studying the temperature of different colors by moving a thermometer through light split by a prism. He noticed that the highest temperature was beyond red. He theorized that this temperature change was due to "calorific rays" which would be in effect a type of light ray that could not be seen. The next year, Johann Ritter worked at the other end of the spectrum and noticed what he called "chemical rays" (invisible light rays that induced certain chemical reactions) that behaved similar to visible violet light rays, but were beyond them in the spectrum. They were later renamed ultraviolet radiation.

  6. OK. Today in class we Learned about the circulatory system. And the respiratory system. We also had to compare and contrast .we Also learned new vocabulary such as atrium, ventricle,artery,vein and capillar.those are the words we were taught. We have been learning about the different systems in the body we also have learned about the systems that help the blood stream through the body.and we also have had to do a whole lessons on the body and on All the systems that help the body and all the blood streams.

In class we learned about the circulatory system and how it functions your body,we learned about the blood cells,and how if their is no oxygen to the cells they die.We learned about the respiratory system,their was alot of things that Mr.Rosado taught us,he said that if the heart skips a beat their can be a serious concequences. The Circulatory system carrys white blood cells, he told us that the heart pumps 5qts of blood. We learned about the arota,tricuspid,systole,and diastole.The blood leaves the heart and then returns to the heart well.
